    • No public record has been found for the birth or marriage of Ann Brewster. Only the Brewster Book supplies this information. However, this is verified by a deed in which Matthew Coy of Preston sold rights to a parcel of land, "It being ye seventh part of sixty acres of Comon Land originally belonging to my honored ffather Capt. Benjamin Brewstern now deceast." Matthew and his wife, Ann, attested to the deed 11 June 1718.
