    • Perhaps she was named after Rosie's neighbor, Mrs. Fannie Chase, who may have helped with the children after Charles died. Just a guess. But Fannie (Bachellor) Chase who lived in the house as Charles and Rosie was not closely related to either. She was distantly related to Charlie, but they probably didn't know it.
