 Joseph Webber owned land in Falmouth in 1683. He sold his interest in premises defined by him as "on neck of land called Parker's Neck within ye province of Maine" in 1700. In 1693, he was at Yarmouth, one of three men who took inventory of the estateof Samuel Hall.
