| Notes |
- Cutter says Elijah and Benjamin were sons of Daniel and Rachel. There is certainly room within birth gaps for them to be children of either Daniel or John Marshall of Nottingham West. Greeley and Marsh both say Elijah was the son of Richard and Ruth Marshall. I haven't been able to find any records of Richard and Ruth other then casual mentions. Elijah also had a brother Nathaniel with the same parents. So perhaps Cutter was also wrong about Benjamin and he is a son of Richard and Ruth as well. But my inclination is that he was the son of John Jr. and Deborah. Both John Jr. and Daniel would have had the same grandfather, Benjamin Parker, who they may have named a son for.
