Robert Bartlett was born on 27 Apr 1603 in Co. Gloucester, England. He emigrated from England in July 1623 arriving on the "Anne". He was a wine cooper in 1670. He signed his will on 19 Sep 1676 in Plymouth, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts and died that same day. His will was probated on 29 Oct 1676. He was married to Mary Warren on 28 Mar 1628. "Richard Warren..." says after 22 May 1627, perhaps 1629.

Mary Warren was born about 1610 in London, co. Middlesex, England. She came with her mother on the "Anne" in July 1623. She died on 27 Mar 1683 in Plymouth, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts. Children were:

i. Benjamin Bartlett was born before 6 Jun 1633 in Plymouth Colony. He took the oath of freeman on 6 Jun 1654. He died between 21 Aug 1691 and 28 Aug 1691 in Duxbury, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts.
ii. Rebecca Bartlett was born before Dec 1634 in Plymouth Colony. She died between 2 Jun 1657 and 15 Jul 1658 in Plymouth, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts.
iii. Mary Bartlett was born about 1634 in Plymouth Colony. She died on 26 Sep 1692 in Plymouth, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts.
iv. Sarah Bartlett was born in Plymouth Colony. She died before 14 Jun 1680 in Plymouth, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts. 
v. Joseph Bartlett was born about 1639 in Plymouth Colony. He died on 18 Feb 1711/12 in Plymouth, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts.
vi. Elizabeth Bartlett was born about 1643 in Plymouth Colony. She died on 17 Feb 1712/13 in Hingham, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts.
