Gowen Wilson was born about 1618 in Paisley, co. Strathclyde, Scotland. He took the oath of fidelity to the Massachusetts government on 16 Nov 1652 in Kittery, York Co., Province of Maine, Massachusetts. He died before 6 Aug 1686. He was married to Mary about 1642.

ii. John Wilson was born about 1649. He died young.
