William Chase was born about 1595 in England. He took the oath of freeman on 14 May 1634. He signed his will on 4 May 1659 and died between that date and 13 May 1659 in Yarmouth, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts when his estate was probated. His estate inventory was taken by Robert Dennis, Richard Taylor and Edmond Hawes on 14 Sep 1659. He was married to Mary before 1627 in England.

Mary died about 6 Oct 1659 in Yarmouth, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. Children were:

i. William Chase.
ii. Mary Chase was born about 15 May 1637. She was buried on 28 Oct 1652.
iii. Benjamin Chase was born in 1639 in Yarmouth, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. He was baptized on 18 Apr 1652 in Roxbury, Suffolk Co., Massachusetts. He died between 6 Sep 1730 and 25 Jul 1731 in Freetown, Bristol Co., Massachusetts.
