iv. James Bolton was born on 6 Oct 1789 in Middleborough, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts. He appeared in the 1850 census in Orrington, Penobscot Co., Maine, age 59. He died on 1 Oct 1880 in Orrington, Penobscot Co., Maine and was buried there in Oak Hill Cemetery.
