William Walker was born in 1620. He took the oath of freeman on 3 Jun 1656. He signed a will on 8 Mar 1697 which was probated on 25 Oct 1703. He was married to Sarah Snow on 25 Feb 1654/55 in Hingham, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts. NEHGS has 25 Jan 1654/55.

Sarah Snow was born about 1632 in Plymouth Colony. Children were:

i. John Walker was born on 24 Nov 1655 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. He was killed by Indians in 1676 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts.
ii. William Walker was born on 12 Oct 1657 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. He died before 2 Aug 1659 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts.
iii. William Walker was born on 2 Aug 1659 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. NEHGS has 16 Aug. 1659. He died in Jan 1743/44.
iv. Sarah Walker was born on 30 Jul 1662 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts.
v. Elizabeth Walker was born on 28 Sep 1664 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts.
